Onehunga Rail Station Design
What: Presentation Onehunga Rail Station Designs by UNITEC Students
Where: Onehunga Community Centre, 83 Church Street, Onehunga
When: Monday 3rd November 6pm-7pm
Onehunga rail line will shortly be open for freight and in 2009 for passenger transport.
With this in mind, the Onehunga Business Association (OBA) briefed final year students from UNITEC School of Architecture & Landscape Architecture and asked them to:
‘Design a rail station complex for the site at 109 – 111 Onehunga Mall’
On the 3rd November 2008 these students will be presenting their designs at the Onehunga Community Centre.
You are invited to come along from 6.00 – 7pm to look at the designs, vote on what you like and comment on what you don’t.
This will enable us to highlight to the ARC what form of rail station people would like to see.
